Looks like the reps themselves deny it or didn’t respond to the accusation.

This accusation also seems just to be about planning the rally, not the attack on the Capitol. Rolling Stone’s accusation looks more serious because it claims that rioters were promised pardons by members of Congress or their staffs. Obviously, one does not need a pardon for planning a peaceful rally.

So, I suggest we wait to see what the investigations say. Both the criminal and congressional inquiries are ongoing.
